Forever Pretti Shipping Policy

Applies To: All physical orders placed through www.foreverpretti.com

At Forever Pretti, we’re committed to providing premium-quality raw Indian hair products with an equally polished and secure delivery experience. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our order processing, shipping timelines, and protection options. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 


 

1. Signature Confirmation Required

To protect your luxury purchase, Forever Pretti ships all physical products with signature confirmation. This means someone must be present at the delivery location to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your package may be held by the carrier or returned to our facility. Return-to-sender packages will be subject to a $35 restocking fee and only eligible for store credit (see our Return Policy).

 


 

2. Route Package Protection 

All orders can be shipped with Route Package Protection. Please select this options at checkout to track your package. This service safeguards your purchase against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

  • Route can be automatically added at checkout for your convenience.

  • If you experience a delivery issue, please file a claim directly with Route via claims.route.com.

  • Forever Pretti is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they leave our facility—unless Route coverage is purchased and a claim is filed.

If you remove Route protection at checkout, you accept full responsibility for your order once it leaves our facility. We will not replace, refund, or investigate lost, stolen, or damaged packages on your behalf without Route coverage.

 


 

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays) are processed in the order received. Please allow:

  • Standard Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • During Sales/Promotions: 5–10 business days due to high volume

⚠️ Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Orders cannot be edited, canceled, or adjusted once submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before completing your purchase.

 


 

4. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (via UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

    • 2–5 business days delivery (after processing)

    • East Coast: 2–3 days | West Coast: 3–5 days

    • P.O. Boxes may experience longer transit times

  • Express Shipping (when available)

    • 1–2 business day delivery (after processing)

    • Order must be placed by 2:00 PM EST to qualify

  • Free Shipping (on eligible promotions only)

    • 5–7 business days (after processing)

    • Signature required still applies

We do not offer in-store pickup or overnight shipping on custom or backordered items at this time.

 


 

5. International Shipping

Forever Pretti proudly ships worldwide! Options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • International Express: Delivery timelines vary by country and customs process.

  • All international shipments are subject to customs inspections and clearance delays.

  • Duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or undervalue the contents.

📦 Please note: Once your order reaches your country, customs may hold or delay the release of your package. Forever Pretti has no control over these delays.

 


 

6. Delays, Weather, and Holidays

We work hard to process and ship orders promptly, but shipping times may be affected by:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • U.S. holidays and global customs delays

  • High-volume periods such as promotions, product launches, and seasonal sales

While we provide estimated delivery windows, Forever Pretti is not responsible for missed deadlines due to courier delays or external events beyond our control.

We recommend ordering well in advance of any hair appointments, travel, or events.

 


 

7. Address Accuracy & Order Responsibility

It is your responsibility to enter your shipping address accurately and completely. Forever Pretti is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing the order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@foreverpretti.com. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it.

  • If the package has shipped, contact the carrier directly to redirect or intercept delivery.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a $35 restocking fee and be eligible for store credit only.

 


 

8. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and confirmation.

  • It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and be available to sign for your delivery.

  • Any packages returned to sender due to non-delivery will be processed according to our return policy (restocking fee applies).

 


 

9. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and business, Forever Pretti reserves the right to verify billing and shipping details before fulfilling any order. Orders flagged for potential fraud may be delayed while we confirm:

  • Identity of the cardholder

  • Validity of billing/shipping addresses

  • Payment authorization

We may request a valid photo ID and/or order confirmation to proceed. Orders failing verification may be canceled at our discretion.
