Forever Pretti Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the intimate, hygienic nature and premium quality of our raw Indian hair products and accessories, Forever Pretti maintains a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy on all purchases. This applies to all orders without exception, including promotional, sale, clearance, and full-priced items.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or adjusted in any way. Please ensure all shipping information and item selections are correct before submitting your order.
Signature-Required Shipping
For your protection and to ensure secure delivery, all physical product orders from Forever Pretti are shipped with signature confirmation required. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is available after the carrier’s final attempt, the package will be returned to our facility.
Return to Sender Packages
If your order is returned to Forever Pretti due to delivery failure (e.g., no one available to sign, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), a flat restocking fee of $35 will be applied. Once received, your order will be eligible for a store credit only, less original shipping costs and the restocking fee.
Please note: Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and does not re-qualify you for prior promotions or sales.
Product Integrity Policy
All Forever Pretti products are professionally inspected prior to shipping. As a luxury hair brand, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality control.
Any tampering or alterations to the product—including but not limited to combing, brushing, washing, cutting, dyeing, coloring, bleaching, plucking, customizing, or removing original packaging or ties—voids any possibility for review or credit.
Lace Product Disclaimer
Due to their delicate nature, all lace products—including full lace wigs, lace frontals, and lace closures—are non-returnable and non-replaceable under all circumstances, whether worn or unworn.
Issue Resolution
If you believe your item was received in an unusual or defective condition (not related to user alterations), you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@foreverpretti.com. Include the following:

Description of issue

Clear, unaltered photos of the product in its original packaging
Claims submitted beyond the 7-day window will not be considered.
If our Quality Control team verifies that the product issue is legitimate and unrelated to customer handling, a fair resolution will be offered in the form of store credit. Forever Pretti reserves the right to determine the validity of all claims.
Installation & Appointment Disclaimer
Forever Pretti is not responsible for any hair appointment cancellations, rescheduling costs, or stylist-related expenses due to delays, delivery issues, or product expectations. We strongly encourage all customers to wait until their order is received and verified in full before booking any appointments.
Forever Pretti is not liable for:

Damage from chemical processing or heat styling

Wear and tear after receipt

Results from using non-recommended hair care products
Limitation of Liability
Forever Pretti shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing from our site, you agree that our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.
