Please be aware that all orders are processed within 2 business days (NOT including weekends, sales or holidays). All orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped on the following business day.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
- Please note that when ordering during a Sale or any PRE-ORDER events allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
- All orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
- You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
- USPS Mail: $9.00 (3-5 business days)
- USPS Expedited Mail: $30.00 (1-2 business days)
Forever Pretti is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
- International packages may require addition processing time.
- Forever Pretti is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by shipping issues and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods.
- We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If package is returned to Forever Pretti due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
- If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $9.95 USD due prior to reshipment.
- Once the item is shipped we are unable to make changes to shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS or other carrier used to make any address changes.
- If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local postal service.
- Forever Pretti does NOT manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure the shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.
- If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise, your item will be returned to us.
- If an address error is made you must contact us within 3 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
